6.1 To agree to re-arrange the meeting with Rishi Sunak MP to early 2021.
6.2 To agree to re-arrange the meeting re flooding behind the Rose & Crown
6.3 To discuss the outcome of the meeting with Ian Beighton regarding the layout and parking situation near the Village Hall and to agree to the way forward.
6.4 To receive the response to the letter to YDNPA re membership.
6.5 To receive the response from the YDNPA regarding the condition of the Stake Road from Marsett.

12.1 To resolve to exclude members of the public and press under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 due to the nature of the following business to be transacted being prejudicial to the public interest.
12.2 To confirm the appointment of the new Clerk, salary, contract of employment and job description.
13.1 To receive the Annual Report of the Cemetery for 2019-2020
13.2 To receive information on the progress of maintenance issues and agree any further action.

14.1 To receive information on the work to replace posts and chains around the play area
14.2 To receive information on the proposal to repair the track beside the play area
14.3 To consider any issues relating to safety of the play equipment
