To receive apologies and approve the reasons for absence.

To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the Council’s Code of Conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
4. Minutes of the Last Meeting
To confirm the Minutes of the last meeting held on Thursday 12th May as a true and correct record and to sign them as such.
5. Ongoing Matters
To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary:-
5.1. To receive a report on the project to create a new pathway beside Riverdale
5.2. To receive an update from Cllr Percival on the maintenance of trees in Bainbridge through the Lords Trustees
5.3. To receive an update on the situation regarding access to public footpath adjacent to Ivy Cottage
6. Planning Applications
To Consider Planning Applications:-
8.1 R/52/244/GDO – Application to determine if prior approval is required under Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for a proposed development by or on behalf of an electronic communications code operator for the purpose of the operator’s Electronic Communications Network in, over or under land controlled by that operator or in accordance with the electronic
communications code in respect of the installation of a 20m high slimline lattice tower supporting 6 no antennas, 4 no transmission dishes, 2 no equipment cabinets, 1 no electric meter cabinet and ancillary development thereto, including the installation of a generator and associated fuel tank, an access track, a hardstanding area and a fenced compound for the Shared Rural Network project on behalf of Cornerstone at land at Shake Holes, Blean Lane, Bainbridge.
7. Planning Decisions
To receive decisions/information relating to recent planning applications.
7.1 R/52/194G/DIS7 – Approval of details reserved by Condition 7 (scheme of landscaping) of R/52/194G at Yorebridge House Hotel – Discharge approved 20th
May 2022.
7.2 R/52/243 – Hybrid planning application consisting of: Full planning permission for redevelopment of two farm buildings (A&B) to form gallery/studio space;
construction of workshop/storage building (C) with staff accommodation above;
construction of building (D) to provide 2 no two-bedroom cottages for visitor accommodation; provision of parking area and: Outline planning permission for conversion of field barn 1 to artist studio accommodation; re-development of the Boat House to visitor accommodation; construction of dwelling on site of Thorns
Farm (E); renovation/re-roofing of field barn 3 and provision of services to field  barn 2 for agricultural use at Thorns Farm, Marsett Lane, Countersett.
Withdrawn/Final Disposal – 11th May 2022.
8. Highways Matters
10.1 To receive confirmation from Cllr Cloughton that the incorrect road markings
at Stalling Busk have been replaced.
10.2 To receive an update on discussions with NY Police regarding motorcycles
10.3 To receive an update from Cllr Y Peacock on the replacement of the white
posts along the roadside and repairs to the retaining wall above the play area
10.4 To receive an update on the issues of potholes and drainage on roads
9. Financial Matters
9.1. To approve the following accounts for payment:
➢ Mrs K Prudden – £224.73 – Clerk’s Salary for May (paid)
➢ Mrs K Prudden – £8.16 – Purchase of Stamps for Postage
➢ M & G Hire – £1,395.00 – Creation of new Footpath at Riverdale
