You are summoned to attend the next meeting of Bainbridge Parish Council, to be held on Tuesday 2nd November 2021 at Sycamore Hall, Bainbridge, starting at 7.00 pm.
Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting should contact the Clerk in advance to ensure that Covid-secure measures are adhered to.
When attending the meeting, social distancing must be maintained at all times. Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry to Sycamore Hall and you will be asked to handle only your own paperwork. Face masks may be worn but are not compulsory.

To Receive Decisions/Information Relating to Recent Planning Applications
7.1 To consider the response from YDNPA to an invitation to attend the meeting to discuss the development to the rear of the Rose & Crown
8. Highways Matters
8.1 To receive an update from Cllr Kettlewell on the incorrect road markings at
Stalling Busk
8.2 To receive an update on discussions with NY Police regarding motorcycles
8.3 To receive an update from Cllr Y Peacock on the replacement of the white
posts along the roadside and repairs to the retaining wall above the play area

10.1. To receive information from the Mid-North Yorkshire CAB regarding their
service
10.2. To receive advice from the YDNPA regarding the removal of trees in Bainbridge
10.3. To consider a request to support the ’20’s Plenty’ campaign to replace 30mph speed limits with 20 mph speed limits on all urban and village roads where people live, work, shop, play and learn across North Yorkshire.
11. Children’s Play Area & Village Green Donation Boxes
11.1 To receive an update from Cllr J Peacock on the project to replace posts and
re-paint chains around the play area, and details of funding for the project
11.2 To receive an update on the grant funding for additional play equipment at
Bainbridge Play Park
11.3 To receive an update on the future of grass cutting on Bainbridge Village Green
11.4 To receive an update on insurance for the village mower
11.5 To receive an update on the siting of a new dog waste bin in Bainbridge
