You are summoned to attend the Annual Residents Meeting for the Parish of Bainbridge, starting at 6.30 pm, and the Annual Meeting of Bainbridge Parish Council, starting at 7.00 pm, both to be held on Tuesday 18th May 2021 at Bainbridge Village Hall.

Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting should contact the Clerk in advance to ensure that Covid-secure measures are adhered to.

When attending the meeting, social distancing must be maintained at all times. Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry to the Hall and you will be asked to handle only your own chair and paperwork. Face masks may be worn but are not compulsory.

To Receive Decisions/Information Relating to Recent Planning Applications
7.1 R/52/238 – Land to the Rear of the Rose & Crown, Bainbridge – FPP for the erection of two 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom dwellings with associated parking and access road – Approved. To consider the response from YDNPA to
the Council’s request to send a representative to explain the judgement.

8. Highways Matters
8.1 To receive an update on the revised road markings near the Village Hall
8.2 To receive an update on the incorrect road markings at Busk and re-surfacing of Blean lane
8.3 To receive an update on the issue of motorcycles in the village
8.4 To receive an update on the situation in Busk with ‘No Through Road’ sign

11.1 To receive an update on the work to replace posts and chains around the play area
11.2 To receive an update following a meeting with the Council inspector and the current position in respect of necessary repairs
11.3 To acknowledge the work to repair benches in the village of Bainbridge
11.4 To receive an update on insuring the village mower

12.1 To receive the annual report from the Cemetery Superintendent
