COVID19 – Central Dales Patch information
If a patient has COVID19 symptoms they should call 111 before contacting a Central Dales surgery.
If a patient is unwell and doesn’t have/hasn’t had COVID19 symptoms, they should call Central Dales and a GP or the Advanced Nurse Practitioner will call them back. NB please answer a withheld number as it will be a call from one of the surgeries. As far as possible patients concerns will be dealt with over the phone.

Notice re access to Central Dales Practice at Hawes & Aysgarth
With effect from Monday 16 March 2020 we will no longer operate our standard Open Access Clinics, instead we will be asking for patients to call us, we will take your details and the best number to contact you on and a GP/ANP will call you.

A Good Life Project – Vision 2028
The Upper Dales Community Partnership are in the process of collating surveys to form part of the ‘Good Life Project’. The analysis from the surveys will help to identify services and facilities which people living in the dales consider important to them as well as highlighting which services/facilities are not being met at present.
